Mary & Main is looking to grasp the attention of customers during the holiday season and maintain it after as well. The hard part about the holidays is that once its over, people usually stop shopping. The task is simple; how do we gain excitement for consumers to keep shopping?

Strategy:

The 12 Days of Christmas campaign is designed to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and engage the cannabis community during the the end of the holiday season. It focuses on email copywriting, social content, and promotional concepts.The campaign strategically uses the excitement of the holidays to encourage customers to shop and also engage with the brand.

Execution:

Consistent posts on all media platforms following the 12 day timeline (December 25th - January 5th). Online engagement should increase 20% due to posts CTA.

Goal:

Increase the in-store foot traffic and website visits. We are able to track KPI’s such as promo usage, in-store volume, and online engagement during the campaign.
